Hardcare at the CAC! A Metal Exhibition.
The Cultural Arts Center is excited to host a group exhibition of Wisconsin metal artists! Aluminum, bronze, iron, etc. It’s all welcome here. Our display will include the work of the follow:

Regs Scheeler
Jason Miklik
Taylor McDarison
Teresa “Tree” Lind
Also on display will be metal casting equipment! Come see the furnace we’ll fire up September 27th for a live aluminum pour demo. It takes a village and good tools to metal-cast, as we’re excited to provide not only beautiful work, but help people to understand the unique process.
The opening day of our exhibition will be September 4th and it will close September 27th. We will have an outdoor closing reception accompanied by a live aluminum pour demonstration conducted by Teresa "Tree" Lind of UW-Whitewater's Sculpture Department, and Taylor McDarison of Arttaysia, LLC from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. We hope you can make it to our metal shenanigans. Artwork pick up will commence immediately following activities at 4:00pm. Please let me know if you need to schedule an alternative drop off or pick up day.

September 4th – Exhibition Opens. Gallery Hours 2pm to 4pm, Friday – Sunday.
September 18th - Can begin picking up scratchblocks from CAC. Click HERE to purchase.
September 27th - Closing Reception and Aluminum Pour Demo, 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Pour Scratchblocks from workshop. Exhibition Closes after 4:00pm. Artwork Pick Up at 4:00pm.
