WAA may print note cards and/or postcards using the entries chosen in the Viewers' Choice voting. To be considered for Viewers' Choice awards, the artist consents to allowing WAA to use a photograph of the awarded artwork for the production of note cards and/or postcards. The artist retains all rights to the artwork and will be identified as the creator of the image. All profits from the sale of these postcards/note cards will benefit WAA and the Cultural Arts Center.

Whitewater Arts Alliance (WAA) is authorized to use photographs of my artwork to promote WAA and its programs in print and online. I further authorize WAA to display photographs and/or videos of my entered artwork on the WAA website in a virtual exhibition, should WAA decide to produce one. Artist understands that, while the Whitewater Arts Alliance will take all reasonable measures to take care of art or craft piece(s), the Whitewater Arts Alliance cannot assume liability for any work. Further, artist understands that the Whitewater Art Alliance strongly recommends the purchase of temporary insurance. It is the artist’s financial responsibility to purchase such insurance. Artist understands that work left past the pickup deadline, unless prior pickup arrangements are made with the Gallery Director at the Cultural Arts Center, will be considered to be a donation to the Whitewater Arts Alliance. I have read and agree to all Terms & Conditions for this show. The works of art I am submitting are my original work.
